Answer the provided g-form (payment will be through gcash only)

Select bundle you are going to avail (Barkada, PWD, etc)

Upload PWD card if you are a PWD, Encode names If you are availing barkada package.

Note that you can only get 1 discount (If you are considered a PWD, you cannot avail the barkada package)

Open the Application (Gcash)

Click Send money

After that, click express send

Enter the phone number (Different phone numbers will be provided on each respective colleges)

Total amount (the amount is the same as the g-form that the buyer will answer)

Screenshot the receipt for the proof of payment and upload it in the Gform provided by the organization.

GFORM for Transparency

Click the link provided on the page of CBAASG.

Answer each question provided by the Gforms seen on the website.

Last, upload the receipt you had screenshot in your Gcash.

Rules for Payment

Take note in availing of PWD or Barkarda Bundle discount, the CBAASG will email you after observing if there is an error in your chosen discount:

If you avail PWD and the organization confirmed that the ID that was used and uploaded is not you. The payment will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

If you avail of Barkada Bundle and the organization confirmed that the name of the buyer was used twice or more, the payment will be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.

If the student number of another student was used and the organization confirmed it, the payment will also be considered forfeited and will not be refunded.
